As part of phase I of the project workshop a frank and no holds barred round table discussion was held at the India International Centre on December 5th, 2017. The discussion was chaired by Professor Krishna Menon and had faculty members and students drawn from across the universities and colleges of Delhi. Professor Mary John from CWDS, Dr. Bijayalaxmi Nanda, Vice-Principal Miranda House, Dr. Papori Bora from JNU, Ambar Ahmad, Manjeet Bhatia, Debolina Dey, Madhu Mehra, Meenakshi Malhotra, Niharika Banerjea and many others joined the very meaningful dialogue on the challenges and possibilities of feminist pedagogy. While some satisfaction was drawn from the support that feminist teachers and students extended to each other, there were also instances of alienation that were brought to the table. The discussion was intense and recorded diverse experiences and perspectives.
